The Federal Water Pollution Control Act and Clean Water Act, which include private industrial, municipal, and construction industries, are subject to clean water discharge standards (40 CFR 122.2 and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System). Permits for discharges have been passed down from the federal level to most U.S. States. Many industries are subject to municipal discharges to the watershed through the public stormwater discharge permit called Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4). Those commercial and industrial sites must adhere to "Best Management Practices," now referred to as control measures.

After 25 years of working in the stormwater drainage civil design and environmental consulting fields, Glenn brings years of extensive expertise to the area of stormwater management and drainage design. He is a registered civil engineer in Nevada. Glenn offers hands-on knowledge and experience of Industrial Stormwater site inspections for municipal service yards, golf courses, industrial manufacturing facilities, mining operations, batch plan facilities, power substations, landscaping and garden centers and more.
